Mahsoob estimates the calories and nutrition of food with AI assistance. The resulting values are estimates and approximations — not medical or certified dietary advice, and not a substitute for consulting a qualified health professional.
2. Subscription (Mahsoob Pro)
Mahsoob Pro unlocks AI analysis (photos and text).
Plans: monthly or annual. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new users.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period (or the free trial) ends.
Payment: all payments are processed through your Apple (App Store) or Google Play account and charged on purchase confirmation.
Free trial: if you start the annual plan and do not cancel during the 3 trial days, the paid subscription begins automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
Restore purchases: the "Restore" button on the subscription screen re-activates your subscription across devices on the same account.
Prices may vary by country and currency; the final amount is shown before purchase.
3. Acceptable use
Use the app for your personal purposes only; do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-estimated nutrition values. Health and dietary decisions are your responsibility; consult a professional before any significant dietary change.
5. Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. وصف الخدمة
محسوب تطبيق لحساب السعرات والقيم الغذائية للأكل بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي. القيم الناتجة تقديرية وتقريبية، وليست استشارة طبية أو غذائية معتمدة، ولا تُغني عن مراجعة مختص صحي.
الباقات: شهري أو سنوي. الباقة السنوية تشمل تجربة مجانية ٣ أيام للمستخدمين الجدد المؤهّلين.
التجديد التلقائي: يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً في نهاية كل مدة ما لم تلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية (أو نهاية التجربة المجانية).
الدفع: تتم جميع المدفوعات عبر حساب Apple (App Store) أو Google Play، وتُخصم من حسابك عند تأكيد الشراء.
التجربة المجانية: إذا اشتركت في الباقة السنوية ولم تلغِ خلال أيام التجربة الـ٣، سيبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائياً. أي جزء غير مستخدم من التجربة المجانية يسقط عند الشراء.
الإلغاء: يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في App Store / Google Play. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد القادم ولا يسترجع المدة الحالية.
استعادة المشتريات: زر "استعادة" في شاشة الاشتراك يعيد تفعيل اشتراكك على أجهزتك المرتبطة بنفس الحساب.
الأسعار قد تختلف حسب بلدك وعملتك، وتُعرض لك القيمة النهائية قبل الشراء.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول
تستخدم التطبيق لأغراضك الشخصية فقط، ولا تحاول إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به لأنظمتنا.
٤. إخلاء المسؤولية
نوفّر التطبيق "كما هو". لا نضمن دقة كل القيم الغذائية المقدّرة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. القرارات الصحية والغذائية مسؤوليتك، ويُنصح بمراجعة مختص قبل أي تغيير جوهري في نظامك الغذائي.
٥. الخصوصية
يحكم استخدامنا لبياناتك سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
٦. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.
